Whether creating content, conducting research, supporting programs, or sharing stories, volunteers help Travel Unity build a more welcoming future for all travelers.

Volunteers work with one or more Travel Unity Working Groups:

  • Advocacy: policy, accessibility, traveler stories, and tools for change
  • Alliance: member engagement, networking, community-building, and events
  • Marketing: messaging, case studies, outreach, content, and storytelling
  • Resources & Research: focus groups, surveys, resource gathering, and industry insights
  • Volunteer Engagement: onboarding, project matching, volunteer support, and recognition
  • Workforce Development & Industry Education: career pathways, youth programs, certifications, workshops, and industry learning

What You’ll Gain

We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds and experience levels.
You do not need prior experience, just curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
