CDTP is our leadership-level certification.

The Certified Diversity Travel Professional (CDTP) Credential equips you and your organization with tools to shape a comprehensive, actionable plan for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Whether you're looking to complete the entire program with a cohort or prefer to start by focusing on specific modules, the CDTP is designed to fit your professional development needs.

CDTP is designed for travel professionals in leadership roles.


To be considered for CDTP, applicants must either: 


  • Demonstrate that they are currently in (or have previously been in) a leadership role in the travel industry



  • Submit a message of endorsement on organizational letterhead from the CEO (or equivalent) from their organization
