CDTP is our leadership-level certification.
The Certified Diversity Travel Professional (CDTP) Credential equips you and your organization with tools to shape a comprehensive, actionable plan for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Whether you're looking to complete the entire program with a cohort or prefer to start by focusing on specific modules, the CDTP is designed to fit your professional development needs.
The next CDTP cohort is in March 2025 and will be facilitated by Vandana Agrawal and Dr. Eric Layland.

CDTP Eligibility
CDTP is designed for travel professionals in leadership roles.
To be considered for CDTP, applicants must either:
- Demonstrate that they are currently in (or have previously been in) a leadership role in the travel industry
- Submit a message of endorsement on organizational letterhead from the CEO (or equivalent) from their organization

Full Course
Immerse yourself in the complete CDTP experience by joining a cohort for all three modules.
Each module offers practical tools, case studies, and strategies to help you and your organization thrive in an increasingly diverse world.
Participating in the Complete Program includes a Capstone Project, where participants create a comprehensive, actionable DEI strategy for their organization.
Price: $999 for non-Alliance members, $899 for members of Alliance members, $799 for Alliance members
