What is TDP?

The Travel DEI Practitioner (TDP) certificate is designed for managers, directors, and other organizational leaders ready to move from inclusion concepts to practical action.

Through four sessions, participants examine leadership, operations, workplace culture, and organizational practices while developing an implementation plan for their own team or department.

The program concludes with a capstone project and a three-month follow-up to support continued progress.
