Travel Unity’s team of experts has curated globally recognized Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Standards for Travel and Tourism, which are the foundation for all of its work with the industry. Travel Unity further supports individuals & organizations through a membership alliance, events, consulting, thought leadership, certification, and education.

The Travel Unity Alliance brings together companies, organizations, and individuals to learn together and work toward increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the world of travel.
We've organized an industry pledge to help organizations express their commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in travel.
We collaborate with a group of media professionals who tell stories with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in mind.
Travel Unity hosts and joins events to make travel more welcoming to everyone.
We educate the travel industry through our certification program that walks travel industry members through developing their DEI plans.
Consulting based on our DEI Standards
Among other services, Travel Unity conducts Basic DEI Reviews for travel organizations (free for members of the Travel Unity Alliance).
