Connect with peers from all over, participate in exciting projects, and dive into discussions about travel, travel careers, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Our program offers a unique opportunity for change and connection, and discovering how DEI is present in your community. Collaborate with us and a global network of youth, mentors, and industry leaders. Together, we’ll work towards spreading the message of DEI in our society.
YVP is composed of three sessions. Each session consists of four weeks of engaging Zoom meetings held every Wednesday, followed by two weeks of independent projects to further deepen your understanding.
During our weekly meetings, engage in a variety of impactful projects. Collaborate with TU advisors on DEI initiatives aimed at shaping a more inclusive future, and create social media content that highlights champions in the community. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to our youth led podcast that explores DEI topics, featuring guest experts who are actively promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
In the independent work weeks, you’ll delve deeper into key DEI areas by researching and creating conversations with your local community to keep the conversation of DEI active and ongoing! Additionally, you will engage in discussions with advisors and industry experts who are actively involved in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within their careers.

REQUIREMENTS
- Youth ages 14-18 can apply
- Weekly time commitment of 1-3 hours per week

- Once submitted, you will receive an email invite within 1-3 business days inviting you for an interview
- During your interview, you will share your reasons for wanting to volunteer and get more information on volunteering requirements/answer your questions. (Parents/School officials are welcome to attend)
- Following your interview, you will receive enrollment forms and be invited to next weeks Youth Volunteer meeting.
